Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays whenever possible.
Shipping Destinations
Puro Agave currently ships to selected countries within the European Union.
Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations regarding the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages, carrier restrictions, or destination-specific requirements.
Certain locations, including islands, remote regions, and territories with additional customs or logistical requirements, may require special shipping arrangements or additional shipping charges.

Shipping Costs

Orders with a value of €100 or more generally qualify for free standard shipping. However, certain destinations, including remote regions, islands, or locations with additional carrier surcharges, may be excluded from free shipping offers.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.
Any delivery estimates provided at checkout are indicative only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the selected carrier.

Alcohol Sales
Puro Agave sells alcoholic beverages exclusively to persons of legal drinking age.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age both in your country of residence and in the destination country.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay orders where age verification requirements cannot be satisfied.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Deliveries
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery.
If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact info@puroagave.eu as soon as reasonably possible and include photographs where applicable.
If a shipment appears to be lost or has experienced an unusual delay, please contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier.
